West Properties current job vacancies: Junior Development Surveyor Lettings Negotiator Design Manager Construction Manager - Structures Construction Manager - Cladding Junior Development Surveyor West Properties have an exciting role available for a junior development surveyor based in our London office. The successful candidate will be exposed to all aspects of the development industry from site acquisition through to completion and handover. The role would be a perfect base from which to begin a career in property development. Day to day activities will include shadowing the Acquisition's Director and assisting the development team on appraisals, valuations, and design team management. The ideal candidate will have relevant university qualifications and be working towards or recently obtained their RICS qualification. You will possess a strong work ethic, be ambitious, and be able to demonstrate your passion for the industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project are mandatory. The role is based in our London office but regular travel is expected to Manchester and Leeds. Responsible for the management of contract negotiations for properties for let and sale in order to maximize client satisfaction and increase returns to the company. . Front line sales person working towards set targets. . Identifying requirements for letting properties. . Generating appointments for viewings and identifying and initiating leads. .
