Six Figure Package This unique opportunity will allow a results orientated individual the scope to have a defining impact on a new business stream. For the right person this has the potential to develop into a Board position. Reporting into the CEO, this new and exciting opportunity will explore the development of the current portfolio of five 200-bedroom hotels with the view to managing all management and leasing contracts including the development of the company's brand. If appropriate you will develop partnerships with prestigious hotel groups, negotiating third party contracts. The successful candidate will have creative vision and flair, coupled with a strong commercial track record and an eye for design. You will be an entrepreneurial individual who has led the development of a brand from concept to launch. To date you are likely to have had a successful career within a prestigious hotel chain or the hotel division of an asset management group.
